Creating Change & Innovation award recognizes thought leaders who drive industry innovation
Tamarack Technology is pleased to announce that its president and CTO, Scott Nelson has been nominated for the 2024 Converge “Creating Change & Innovation Award.” Sponsored by the Monitor, the award recognizes thought leaders who have started dialogues and/or introduced innovative methods, ideas, best practices or products within their companies or within the industry that have led to lasting and meaningful change.
“It is wonderful to be recognized for something that we view as core to our mission at Tamarack,” said Nelson. “Innovation is an organizational muscle that can be developed and strengthened. We explore how innovation can be a part of everything we do at Tamarack - including how we support the industry building innovative products as well as providing professional service innovation. This nomination is a recognition of Tamarack’s efforts as an organization.”
Since joining Tamarack in 2020, Nelson has been at the forefront of developing and implementing technology solutions that drive innovation across the equipment finance industry. An early evangelist of data consolidation, data analytics for business intelligence, and now artificial intelligence (AI) to drive enhanced productivity, Nelson is a frequent contributor and speaker on how these advanced technologies can drive enhanced levels of performance for customers by automating equipment finance processes and workflows.
Nelson is nominated alongside Dan Michalek of Syndifi Inc., Deborah Reuben, CLFP of TomorrowZone and Denis Stypulkoski of Reimagine Advisors. The winner of the award will be announced at the Converge awards gala on May 16 at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
