Integration of DataConsole and TrailView™ Customer Service Portal optimizes customer engagement and business insights

By deploying data-centric technologies, Dakota is enhancing team productivity, customer service and overall business performance.

The customer-facing portal enables Dakota’s customers to effortlessly access their contract details, eliminating the need for intermediary assistance by Dakota’s internal service technicians (via phone or email). Furthermore, customers benefit from real-time visibility into their equipment financing accounts as well as enhanced self-service functionality for account management, payments and support requests.
