Honoring Veterans
Today, we take a moment to honor all of those who have served and given their lives to fight for this country. It is important for us to recognize their sacrifice and that of their families.
I’d like to take this opportunity to honor my mother, Charlaine (Rasmusson) Nelson for her service. In the 1950’s she served as a Navy Wave stationed in Washington D.C. among other places. Her service stories helped me have an appreciation for the brave men and women who serve our country in the armed services.
